The journey started with the enchantment of fire, friends, opportunities, clay ovens, wines and fishing. The enticement of fresh products, (more) wine, requeijão, and robalo was too much to leave behind. This was the beginning of our 2nd Supper Club evening.
This Friday, 20 January, Argentine cook Ezequiel Bressa will bring to our palates the beauty of Portugal’s lands. His plates are inspired and designed by the season’s produce nurtured by the hands of farmers and infused with his Argentine background.
Ezequiel’s cooking heritage has always been about the outdoors, immersed in nature and open fires. His approach is rooted in the connection with nature in which the quality of the products is central to his cooking.

He focuses on the best of what nature offers in the season, bringing what he finds at the farm to our table.

Experience a farm-to-table multi course supper made from produce sourced from the generational family run farm Do Quintal located 60km north of Lisbon where Ezequiel has personally picked each dish's produce.
