Lisboa Social Press - Café Editions Exhibition Preview
We’re pleased to host the Lisboa Social Press’ Café Editions exhibition programme showcasing local and international artists working primarily on paper.
This Friday, 17 February will be the opening of the third in a series of exhibitions.
Afterglow by the artist Georgia Green.
Each of the artists and their work is selected and curated by Lisboa Social Press, collaborating with us to provide an engaging platform and visibility to emerging new talent. This allows us to bring art closer to the community and our guests at Mila’s.

As a printmaker and muralist Georgia Green uses her art to unravel the interiors she moves through and lives within. In her latest exhibition Afterglow, Georgia dissolves and dramatises everyday rooms and corridors, questioning notions of intimacy, belonging and confinement within her practice. In each colourful print on display, Georgia’s characters follow half-shaped narratives; illuminated by the chimerical tangle of curiosity and longing that prompts each artwork.
