Enjoying the Moment

With calendars filling up for the Christmas and holiday season, we can sometimes forget to enjoy this time of year. That moment before we all head in different directions for the holidays. So we wanted to bring you an evening to enjoy.

Join us on Thursday, 14 December for Mila’s 4th supper club edition for 2023. Private chef Jason Journo will be serving his unique take on traditional Middle Eastern cuisine.

Bringing his cuisine from Paris to Lisbon, Jason’s inspiration started from an early age, growing up in France and surrounded by traditional Middle Eastern cooking. Keeping with tradition by using seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as localities such as fish, he brings to the table adaptations of traditional recipes to match a ‘lighter’ palette, nonetheless retaining the richness of the traditional flavours.

For this supper club evening, Jason will be offering two experiences.

Aperitivo

From 17:00 to 19:00, enjoy sharing three (3) mini starters paired with a glass of wine for 15€. No booking necessary, just swing by Mila’s for an opportunity to experience Jason’s cuisine.

Dinner

From 19:00 to 22:00, take a seat at the table to share a three-course dinner whilst catching up with familiar faces or making new connections with new faces. But of course, when it comes to dessert, don’t worry, no sharing.

Grab your seat in advance and pay 45€. If seats are still available on the evening, purchasing at the door (50€) will be possible. Drinks are not included.
